Since the NBA began to step it's game up with suit regulations a few years ago, there has been many a style war going on with the fashion aficionados, the  dapper men like Lebron and Dwayne and more! They fit the look the gentleman mold.

THE SUIT: I know that most people find tailored suits out of their range, but skinny suits do the work.

THE SHIRT: Express has the fitted 1MX shirt and the 1MX extra slim, which fit most men like a glove. Sunglasses are key.

THE EYES: Look for innovative and mucho mod sunglass designs from SUPER RETRO FUTURE, my favorite brand of sunglasses that hide my eyes. Scarfs may seem a little prissy but I love a scarf, it's comfortable, warm, and very European.

THE BEAT: You can't see a celebrity sports man without those darn headphones, you know those by Dr. Dre....they come in any color imaginable

The Proper Topper

As the cold weather sets in, it's important to wear a topper to keep you warm. Yes hats can be risky for some but the darning can look muy dapper with the proper topper. Throughout the decades, hats have brought the gentlemen to look sophisticated, funny, or just plain fly. Take a chance and step your game up if you're feeling risky. This is the amish style hat that many a brand tries to copy. Zara has similar styles for cheaper retail prices. Last year, a clothier called Public School NYC introduced it's amish style hat that is now seen everywhere. Find similar styles below.

Looks 4 Less

It's quite exciting anticipating this year's Fall fashion! You should be especially excited for runway looks for less. This seasons colors are military inspired like army green, brown, and camo. You can find  this season's colors and some great finds at JCPenny's, H&M, and my favorite spot Zara. It seems that This may be old news by now but H&M now hosts online shopping for the dapper man in you. For example, I spotted the perfect shirt and pant hook-up from Zara and H &M.

Despite the JCPenny the haters in the media, JCP offers killer sales and high end looks. I recently coped a perfectly  pair of Liz Claiborne skinny fit pants on sale for $8's! With the right amount of coupons you can honestly spend $80's of merchandise for $2's. The Stafford brand is particularly the best for suits and blazers, which are priced on sale for $24.99

SUIT ME

Everyman should have some essentials in the suit section in his closet. A grey suit, a navy suite, and a three piece suit. I prefer them to be skinny suits as opposed to slim-fit. I have found some unique stores that will keep you dashing for any occasion.

THE SUIT SUPPLY

Recently I found a gem in Washington, DC's Georgetown area called the Suit Supply. This store will equipt any man for his daily work, Monday thru casual Friday. When you experience this magical paradise for the business man, you will think that you landed in a Tommy Ton universe. As far as prices go I will rate this store $$$_$1/2.     3 and one half dollar signs out of four. They have everything from ties to shoes.

 

TOPMAN

The other suit gem is just as impressive and will have skinny suits for the 60's lover in you. Topman is generally geared to the 18 to 30 age group and is rated $$ to $$$ 3 dollar signs. Suits may range from $200-$500 dollars. The only concern with Topman is that some of their suits are made with cheaper material, such as polyester. I prefer 100% cotton, wool, and linen. Early 2013 Nordstrom added Topman to their young men's department.

J CREW 

The Ludlow Suit never fails at J CREW. I love this fit which is slightly more fitted. It is not a skinny suit but a slim fit suit. This style is seen in every season from a chino Spring/Summer and a herringbone Winter/Fall. J Crews suits range from $300 to $400. 

The Scent of A Man

Forget about those cheap Axe body scents that you can get at any nearby grocery store, a man of taste chooses a more memorable scent that attracts a classy lady to a perfectly chemically matched gentlemen. As far as scents go I love woody scents and the occasional spicy scent. My four top favorites are listed below and most of them have incense as an ingredient. As far as a scents longeivity, an fragrance oil may last longer than an alcohol based product. To find an oil you can go to the Body Shop, Aveda, or other street vendors (manly Indian, Middle Eastern, or Arabic).
